Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every Webdonk website subscription. We’ve kept them as short and clear as possible.

Who and what
Webdonk is a trading name of Chilldonk BV, Zuidiijk 2, 3150 Tildonk, company number BE 0695.684.592. These terms apply to all Visible, Findable and Indispensable subscriptions, and to Hosting.
What’s included in your package is set out on the Pricing page and in your proposal. In the event of any discrepancy, the signed proposal prevails.
Term and billing
A subscription runs for 36 months, with no setup fee. You pay monthly by direct debit, or a year in advance with a one-month discount.
Billing starts when the project starts, on the day of the kick-off. The 36-month term starts then too. We deliver your site within 2 to 4 weeks of the start.
All prices exclude VAT. They are adjusted each year on 1 January in line with the Belgian health index.
Edits and extra work
Each package includes a number of edits per year: 4 with Visible, 12 with Findable and 24 with Indispensable. An edit is one request that we complete within 30 minutes. Unused edits expire at the end of the year.
Work beyond that is charged at €125 an hour, excl. VAT, per 15 minutes or part thereof. For a larger request, you get a price first.
Ownership
Your domain name, text, photos and logo are yours from day one. The platform, the code and the design remain ours, and we grant you a right of use for as long as your subscription or Hosting runs.
After 36 months
At the end of the term you choose: renew at the same monthly price for a new design and a new 36-month term, or keep your site as it is with Hosting, at €490 a year, paid in advance.
Hosting covers hosting, domain name, SSL, security updates and monitoring. Edits and repairs to integrations are carried out on request, at €125 an hour.
Early termination and upgrades
If you stop before the end of the term, you pay half of the remaining months. Your site then moves to Hosting.
You can move up to a higher package at any time.
Liability
We do everything we can to keep your site fast, secure and online. In any event, our liability is limited to an amount equal to twelve months’ subscription fees.
Your visitors’ data
For the forms on your site, we act as a processor. We enter into a data processing agreement with you for this purpose. Forms are processed via Cloudflare and Resend, in the European region.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Leuven have jurisdiction.
