How it works in practice.
How long until my site is online?
Within 2 to 4 weeks of the start. We write the copy ourselves and work with what you have, so your site is always delivered within that time.
Do I have to write the copy myself?
No. Tell us what you do, and we’ll write it up and translate it. You read it through and approve it.
When does billing start?
When the project starts, on the day of the kick-off. The 36-month term starts then too. Your site is live within 2 to 4 weeks.
How do I request an edit?
Through the “Request a change” form. You get a reference number straight away, and we’ll let you know when it’s live.
