No cookies, no trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or advertising pixels. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.
We measure visitor numbers with cookie-free statistics. These store no personal data and don’t follow you across other websites.
What data we process
Only what you fill in on a form yourself: your name, company, email address, phone number, your website address, your message and any attachments.
To stop spam, we check technical data such as how long it took you to fill in the form. We don’t store that data.
Why we process it
To answer your question, prepare your website scan, make you a proposal or carry out your edit.
We do this on the basis of your request to take steps towards a contract, the performance of our contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to your question.
Who we share it with
Forms are processed via Cloudflare (hosting and spam filter) and sent via Resend (email, in the European region). We have data processing agreements in place with both.
We never sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your request. For clients, we keep data for as long as the contract runs, plus the statutory retention periods for accounting.
Website scans and messages with no follow-up are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You can always access your data, or have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to processing, or request your data in a commonly used format. To do so, email hello@webdonk.be.
If you’re not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
